Monthly Activity Tracker
Documents
"A tracked number grows!" How many times has a prospective team member asked what your average party was? Have you ever wondered about your personal recruiting average? Now you'll be able to flip back and know what all your averages are!
Bare-bones design keeps you focused. Room on the left for 3-hole-punching. Available in black & white OR in color (tracker #2). Print one per month to track all your business basics and stay on-target for your goals!
Tracks 30 faces, 20 career chats, retail sales, wholesale orders (with bold lines for star levels), paychecks from your sales, team production, and party totals (# on guest list, faces actually attending, sales, advance orders, CDs given out, and parties/facials booked).
** HOW TO USE **
- Faces: write name in bubble; consider a different color for each party with a star for the hostess
- Career Chats: write name in bubble; highlight or color bubble if recruited (alternately, you could write her name in when she has booked a Career Chat or taken a CD, then highlight once it's done, and put a star if she recruits --- this could help you keep track of your CDs!)
- Sales: $100 increments; color up to the line that matches your running total; note specific dollar amount if desired
- Orders: $50 increments; color up to the line that matches your running total; note specific dollar amount if desired
- STAR: when you reach the star each month, you're on-target for Queen's Court of Sales (bold lines signify the amount required each month to stay on-target for different levels of Star Consultant)
- Paychecks: note the dollar amount each time you pay yourself (your 40%)
- Team Production: write your team member's name next to her wholesale order amount
- Party: record the number of people on the guest list and the number of actual faces at the party (this is a great comparison to make); record the amount of in-party sales and advance order sales; record how many Career Chats you scheduled (or CDs you gave out); and record the number of bookings (separate parties and facials)
